- Working Hours : 5.5 days (8am to 5 : 30pm, 8am to 12pm)
Job Description :
Provide administrative support to the office and assist with day-to-day operationsAssist in organizing project-related travel, accommodations, and logisticsCoordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparation of agendas, and taking meeting minutesAssist in project documentation, reporting, and coordinationLiaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to track project progressMaintain records of contracts, permits, and project documentationSchedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track project timelinesSupport procurement, invoicing, and administrative tasksEnsure smooth communication and workflow between project teamsAny other duties as assignedRequirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business AdministrationMinimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or related industriesProficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPointGood team playerMust be able to communicate in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associatesTell employers what skills you have
