Location : Benoi Rd, Provide a Shuttle bus
Working Days : 5 Days
Working Hours : 8.30am to 5pm
About the Role :
We are a Singapore-based subsidiary of a global oilfield services company, providing research & development, product manufacturing, logistics support, and operational services. This role offers the opportunity to lead finance operations, handle cross-border transactions, and work closely with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and staff expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with statutory filings including GST, corporate tax, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Support implementation of internal controls, policies, and financial best practices.
- Participate in finance-related projects and any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance.Knowledge of cross-border transactions and international operations is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent).Good understanding of Singapore statutory and financial reporting requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with international teams.High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.For interested applicants, please email your UPDATED CV to agnes@careerstar.com.sg .
