Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from pre-event setup to post-event breakdown
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution and timely delivery of services
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand event requirements and objectives
- Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and transportation
- Handle registration processes, guest lists, and on-site coordination during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees
- Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring events stay within the allocated budget
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring that all materials and equipment are arranged properly
- Gather feedback from clients and attendees’ post-event to evaluate success and areas for improvement
- Assist with creating and maintaining event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and checklists
