Job descriptionDeliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars in assigned modules. Assess students through assignments, projects, and examinations. Provide academic guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience. Collaborate with the academic team to ensure quality and consistency in teaching delivery. Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Aviation Management or a related field to teach at the Bachelor’s level. Master’s Degree or higher in Aviation Management or a related field to teach at the Master’s level. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in higher education Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students from diverse backgrounds . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong industry knowledge in aviation and airport operations. Ability to integrate academic theory with real-world industry practices. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools.
