IT Systems Analyst (QC, Pharmaceutical)

Roles & Responsibilities

Location : West

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for QC laboratory IT systems including Empower, LIMS, CDS, and lab instruments.
• Troubleshoot system issues, configuration problems, and laboratory equipment connectivity.
• Coordinate with QC users to collect requirements, understand workflows, and translate them into system enhancements.
• Assist in system configuration, user administration, and periodic maintenance.
• Support system qualification, validation, and documentation in compliance with GxP and CSV requirements.
• Work closely with IT, vendors, and QC teams to ensure smooth system operation and compliance.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and adherence to pharma regulations.
