Clinic Assistant (5.5 Days / Up to $3.6K)

We're looking for a dedicated and customer‐oriented

Clinic Assistant

to join our team! If you enjoy supporting patients and working in a friendly healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reception duties — patient registration, appointment booking, and billing

Handle Medisave and Shield insurance claims

Assist with medication purchase, stock management, and stock taking

Support doctors during consultations, wound dressing, and infusions

Dispense medicines and maintain treatment area cleanliness

Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control practices

File lab reports and maintain patient records

Perform other clinic‐related administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

Singaporean applicants only

Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting

Able to perform

Medisave and Shield insurance claims

Good communication and customer service skills

Proficient in both

English

and

Mandarin

(to liaise with Mandarin‐speaking patients)

Working Hours

5.5‐day work week

Locum arrangement available
