Job descriptionDaily Review of controls, processes, journals, accruals, reconciliations across all entities Prepare & maintain audit schedules, respond to queries, and ensure timely completion of audit and statutory filings Support external auditors for 2 audited companies Track statutory filing deadlines (ACRA, IRAS) GST filing Provide technical accounting guidance to team members Oversee compliance with relevant standards (SFRS / IFRS) Develop dashboards and reports to monitor & review sales, margins, cost drivers, and key KPIs Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate profitability of SKUs, customers, or channels Compile and prepare internal management reports , including entity-level P&L, balance sheet summaries, variance analyses, and trend insights Support in preparing ad hoc financial reports for board, bank Track and report on performance indicators, cost allocations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements across all 6 entities. Ensure accurate intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments Prepare consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements Accruals and prepayments Depreciation, amortisation, provisions Reclassification adjustments Review trial balances for completeness and accuracy Perform entity-level and group-level closing checks Ensure cut-off adherence and all supporting documents are filed Develop and maintain internal control policies, accounting SOPs, and documentation for finance processes CPA / Chartered Accountant

Management of Accounting Compliance Process in Malaysia
- Including statutory, custom and tax requirements such as SST and A57
Review of Financial Controls & Finance Operations
Audit and Statutory Compliance including GST and Tax
Supervision and Support
Business Performance Analysis
Internal Reporting
Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting
Prepare and post journal entries for :
Governance and Policy Implementation
