Group Warehouse Manager

Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency while controlling and managing inventory of materials, client personal effects and systems furniture.

Maintain a safe working environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with HSE regulations.

Responsible for the security and operation of the warehouse involving both incoming and outgoing goods.

Have management oversight of our on-site crate manufacturing facility.

Responsible for the management and ongoing development of all warehouse staff.

Development of operations manual and SOP.

Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all company assets.

Manage all vendor relationships necessary for the warehouse operation.

Ensure compliance to HSE and operational quality standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and operation management is required.

Experience in designing and set up of warehouse for best practice.

Capable of being hands on, demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills.
