Job descriptionWork out and control the annual budget for Facility and Security. Planning and execution of overall facilities request, servicing and repair activities. Upkeep facility equipment in their optimization and serviceable condition. Monitor and renewal of building rental, electricity supply contract, building and M&E service maintenance contract and licenses. In-charge of a team of cleaners to upkeep the janitorial services within the plant, production, warehouse and office area. Carry out regular carpet shampoo and cleaning to ESD flooring. In-charge of agency security guards and the security measures within the plant. Monitoring of CCTV and its recording system. Upkeep security equipment and its installation. Liaise with external contractors, consultants, suppliers, vendors and Ministries to ensure compliance with all regulations. Min Degree in any field from a recognized university At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Facilities, Operations Project management experience in setting up medical specialist centre will be an added advantage Strong analytical and readiness in a fast paced environment Possess excellent leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive with a “can do” attitude
Scope of work for Asst Manager, Facility :
Project / Renovation
- Design, coordinate, evaluate & project supervision to new area / department expansion and modification to existing production / office re-layout renovation.
- Prepare project description, drawing and activities for contractor to submit their quotation.

Liaison with external parties
