- Front desk duty :
- Handle incoming calls, check voicemails, and relay messages to caseworkers.
- Financial & Donation Processing :
- Manage and process STSPMF applications and donation-related matters.
- Service Coordination :
- Arrange and oversee scheduled services such as pest control and air conditioning maintenance.
- General Administrative Support :
- Undertake any other duties assigned by Head of Centre, or Supervisor.
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience
GCE O Level with 5 years of experienceCertificate in Management and Finance would be an added advantagePossess good planning, organization, and implementation skillsAbility to engage stakeholders and partnersPossess a high level of initiative and a good team playerPossess cultural understanding and social sensitivityUnderstand self, personal values, beliefs, and the way these impact the working relationship with colleaguesPositive attitude with good interpersonal and written communication skillsProficient in MS WordTell employers what skills you have
