We are seeking a highly experienced Wallet Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of top-tier crypto wallet user experiences and complex system solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that drives impact and launches products / features across our global footprint. This role demands a strong background in product management within the web3 industry, with a particular focus on crypto wallets and Travel Rule compliance.

Responsibilities

Hold overall accountability for the end-to-end delivery excellence of exchange crypto wallet products.
Serve as the product owner for product design, implementation, and live deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to create and implement crypto wallet-related solutions.
Play a key role in defining and evolving the product vision and overall strategy.
Understand customers and their challenges to identify ways to enhance the product offering. Be responsible for the user experience and security of the product.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of features, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Communicate the product plan and roadmap to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on Web3 or blockchain technologies.

Experience with payment products, such as reconciliation and channel integration; crypto-related product experience is preferred.

Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule.

Strong sense of user experience and user interface design.

Familiarity with lean and agile models, and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote team.

Result-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to derive insights and make decisions.

Excellent time management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to schedules.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Adaptable, broad-minded, and comfortable in a high-paced remote working environment.

Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
