Overall execution and completion of the project
- Prepare and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes of the project
- Appraise the suitability of the construction techniques and method statements
- Carry out simple design calculations
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of the project
- Supervision and monitoring of the project's progress
- Solve technical problems encountered
- Corresponding with Client, Consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations of the project
- Ensure that all construction are done according to the specific drawings, certification and quality
- Co-ordination of subcontractors for all the projects
- Overseeing the implementation of the Project Quality Plan
- Ensuring the implementation of safety regulations and good housekeeping practice at site
- Process and finalisation of claims
