Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to customers.
  • Ensure customer enquiry are properly addressed and escalate customer complaints to related departments.
  • Handle daily order processing, schedule deliveries and inventory reconciliation.
  • Work with various departments to ensure smooth operations and to serve customers' need.
  • Support the Marketing team.
  • Other ad-hoc customer service-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum GCE 'O' levels and above.
  • Prior 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service or marketing industry would be advantageous.
  • Meticulous, detail oriented, efficient.
  • Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills; with pleasant and positive attitude.
  • Computer literate.
