The Role

AMD is seeking a Director, APJ AI Sales to lead AMD’s Asia-Pacific & Japan AI strategy and execution across the region. This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for aligning & growing AMD’s OEM ecosystem and infrastructure adoption including but not limited to, Dell, Cisco, Lenovo, HPE, Super Micro with the goal of maximizing engagement and mindshare, profitably growing revenue, and achieving market share gains.

The Person

As a key regional leader, you will align & influence a team of local matrixed reports as well as global stake stakeholders. This role requires a leader with deep expertise in strategic Customer Management, Business Development, and Cross-Functional Leadership within the AI ecosystem, with strong technical knowledge of AI including applications, software, and hardware architecture.

• Help define and execute AMD’s AI go-to-market strategy across APJ.
• Drive adoption of AMD’s AI asset portfolio across large enterprises and government agencies.
• Lead regional engagement & initiatives aligned with national AI strategies and sovereign compute programs.
