Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Days : 5.125 Days

Working Time : Mon - Thurs 9am - 615pm, Friday 9am - 6pm One Saturday Per month 9am - 1pm

Key Duties :

  • Provide administrative support for motor and general insurance, including quotations, renewals, issuance.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, customers and stakeholders by managing emails, calls and inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure accurate system updates, proper record-keeping, compliance with industry standards and high service quality.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level
  • Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP,Comgi,PGi) will be highly advantageous
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
