Transformation Procurement Leader

Job Title : ERP Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ERP professional to lead our procurement transformation initiative, focusing on automation and data-driven decision making. The team will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, identifying cost savings opportunities, and supporting digital transformation initiatives in the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Spearhead the digital transformation of procurement processes and systems, leveraging automation and data-driven insights to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement framework and governance structure that aligns with our organization's strategy, ensuring procurement compliance.
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
• Be a subject matter expert at Procure-To-Pay; Sourcing-To-Contract or Supplier Enablement tools and processes, including SAP S / 4 HANA, SAP Ariba, and digital procurement tools.
• Liaise with key vendors on pre and post-implementation reviews, ensuring seamless system enhancements.
• Stay aligned with up-to-date procurement regulations and market trends, enabling effective alternative sourcing workflow when required.
• Ensure visibility into supply chain risks, cultivating strategic alliances with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
