Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced BA (Core Banking) to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role with deep expertise in core banking systems and lending operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FIS’s ACBS solution , Oracle Flexcube , and strong domain knowledge in Lending and CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products. This role will be instrumental in driving requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment for strategic banking transformation initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support planning and execution of pre-study activities across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed system specifications for ACBS and Flexcube platforms
- Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing lending and CASA processes
- Support solution design, testing strategy, and implementation planning
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions with cross-functional teams
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with vendors and technical teams to validate system configurations and customizations
- Prepare business process documentation, use cases, and data flow diagrams
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting lending and CASA domains
Required Skills :
Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial servicesProven experience with FIS ACBS and Oracle Flexcube platformsStrong domain knowledge in Lending (corporate and retail) and CASA productsFamiliarity with core banking transformation projects and system integrationExcellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environmentsUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel, IFRS, AML / KYC)Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environmentPreferred Education :
