Your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth operations and assist in daily sales activities. If you are responsible and efficient, we are looking for you!

Job description

  • Arrange goods to be delivered and tally with system and documentation
  • Pick, process and pack goods for delivery
  • Monthly stock count
  • Assist head of sales department
  • Filing and archival of both digital and hard-copy documents in orderly manner
  • Procurement and coordination of office matters
  • Upkeeping of reports to ensure on-time submission with required detail and accuracy
  • Data entry and general administrative duties
  • Attend to queries, phone calls and emails
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements

  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Has initiatives to problem solve, positive attitude, fast learner
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks by priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Diligent and good physique
  • Desire to thrive in a collaborative environment where team work is the key to success
  • Min. Diploma or Fresh grad, willing to learn
