You will report to and assist the Senior Manager (Operations) to ensure that facilities and equipment within the property are maintained in good operating condition. You will also be part of the CERT and WSH Risk Management committee .
Working with a team of technicians and outsourced vendors, you will oversee daily building operations , focusing on hard FM services including M&E facilities, fire protection, utilities monitoring, and Green Mark. Your daily tasks will include :
- Carrying out inspections to check for defects
- Planning and implementing building preventive and corrective maintenance
- Attending to feedback, incidents, or emergency crises in the building
- Managing relationships with occupants
Additionally, you will :
Coordinate and organize tenant engagement activitiesLiaise and coordinate with contractors and vendorsEnsure timely implementation and renewal of term contracts and statutory licensesPrepare procurement documentationInvestigate and follow up on defectsManage tenancy and fitting outOversee CAPEX worksRequirements :
Experience in tenant management in retail malls / commercial buildingsResourceful and result-orientedTeam player who can work independentlyAble to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Office . Those who are familiar with SAP will have an added advantage.
