IT Operations Manager - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have minimum of 5-8 years of managing IT operations experience.
• Technical Skills on IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and cloud management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the services support, so some familiarity with assessing and improving processes is vital.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Requires excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to effectively manage IT personnel and set priorities.
• Preferably ITV3 certified.
