Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee the organization’s IT functionality, infrastructure, and daily operations.
- Contribute to IT strategy, long-term planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive impactful IT projects and solutions that enable business growth and innovation.
Cybersecurity, Compliance & Governance
Lead and manage cyber and information security across the organization.Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, compliance frameworks, and governance standards.Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and company policies.Support internal and external IT audits.Infrastructure & Systems
Manage enterprise-level IT systems including servers, databases, VMware, Azure cloud, and ERP / web applications ( Avaya Centrestage).Administer and secure networks, routers, switches, APs, firewallsOversee Active Directory, google suite and other domain / network services.Manage Avaya IP telephony systems and related applications.Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) planning, testing, and execution.Ensure IT readiness and resiliency for emergencies.Project & Vendor Management
Lead local and regional IT projects from inception to completion.Manage third-party vendors, outsourced support partners, and service providers.Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver tailored IT solutions.Financial & Procurement
Own IT budget planning, cost management, and procurement of IT systems / services.Ensure financial efficiency and cost transparency in IT operations.Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.End-User & Business Support
Provide day-to-day IT operations and application support to the business.Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance systems, and deliver improvements.Be available “on call” for urgent issues outside of working hours and weekends.Others
Interest to lead internal technology strategy. Eg planning for Cloud Telephony, building our infra, get involved in our Gen AI rolloutRequirements
Education & Experience
Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of IT experience covering infrastructure, networking, applications, and end-user support.Relevant experience in Disaster Recovery, compliance, cybersecurity, and IT governance.Proven experience in IT project delivery, vendor management, and outsourced support.Professional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, cloud, cybersecurity, CCNA or CCNP, CISSP, ITSM) are an advantage.Skills & Attributes
