Psychotherapist – Overview

Talk Your Heart Out (TYHO) provides easy access to quality therapy, both online and in-person. We are looking for psychotherapists to join our well-qualified and vetted pool of Therapists.

Qualifications

We have a rigorous selection process and require :

  • A minimum master's degree in counselling from a recognised university
  • Peak body membership , preferably a SAC, SPS or equivalent membership
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience conducting one-on-one therapy as a mental health therapist

Soft skills :

  • Alignment with TYHO values : non-judgemental, empathetic, sensitive to diverse backgrounds.
  • Committed professional : self-driven, growth mindset, continuous learning, consult supervisor regularly.
  • Comfortable with tech : fast and stable internet, personal computer or tablet.
