Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Conduct systems analysis to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, epics, and user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and QA.
• Assist in preparing test plans, defining test scenarios, and managing test execution.
• Support project planning and contribute to upcoming initiatives by preparing documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help coordinate defect resolution.
