Hybrid Account Manager & Inside Sales Representative
As a pivotal member of the OVHcloud APAC Sales team, the Hybrid Account Manager & Inside Sales Representative will be the central figure in driving business growth through a balanced 50 / 50 split of strategic Account Management and proactive Inside Sales. This role is crucial for both retaining and expanding relationships within our top customer base, and for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new opportunities from digital lead sources across the APAC market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management (50%)
- Key Account Portfolio Management : Strategically manage and nurture the APAC top 25 customers , acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their continued satisfaction and business success with OVHcloud.
- Customer Business Development & Growth : Develop and execute a dedicated sales strategy for the portfolio, focusing on customer growth, upselling, and cross‑selling relevant products and solutions.
- Customer Intelligence & Insight : Proactively monitor and keep abreast of customer affairs (news, priorities, strategy) to understand their challenges, constraints, and objectives, ensuring OVHcloud remains a relevant partner.
- Forecasting & Reporting : Forecast sales turnover and establish financial projections based on the identified business potential within the managed portfolio.
- Relationship & Service : Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, manage and follow up with customer relations, and transfer projects to operational teams while ensuring proper commercial follow‑up.
Inside Sales & Business Acquisition (50%)
Lead Identification & Qualification : Work extensively with CRM digital leads (inbound calls, tickets, contact forms, campaigns) to identify the right prospect, establish initial relationships, and qualify their needs and potential.Customer Onboarding & Farming : Proactively assist and on‑board new customers, guiding them through the initial sales process and preparing them for long‑term "farming" (growth).Solution Selling : Understand prospective and existing customers' business goals and provide tailored solutions by identifying the right OVHcloud product to meet their needs (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).Pipeline Management : Actively manage and grow a pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring all customer information and commercial activities are accurately centralized, evaluated, and optimized within the CRM tool.Market & Competition Analysis : Analyze the APAC market and its evolution, survey the competition, and perform benchmarking to identify new business opportunities and refine commercial offers.Commercial Support : Study and respond to relevant public and private calls for tender, or delegate as appropriate.Skills & Experience Required
Relevant experience in similar Inside Sales or Account Management roles, with a proven track record of selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions . Experience with IaaS is a bonus.Great business acumen and the ability to articulate complex technology value propositions to C-level stakeholders .Deep understanding of the current IT landscape and passionate about technology and sales methodologies.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong ability to create and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.Highly flexible, autonomous , and able to integrate seamlessly into diverse teams working on various projects while keeping current with new technologies.Demonstrable focus on customer satisfaction , always keeping the return on investment (ROI) in mind.Proficiency in leveraging a CRM tool for pipeline management, customer data centralisation, and business optimisation.
