Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in corporate office interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, leadership, and client management skills to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Project Management : Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution capabilities across all phases of interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Expertise : Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E drawings, translating them into actionable construction plans.
• Client & Stakeholder Management : Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
• Team Leadership : Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating contractors / vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Quality & Compliance : Knowledge of statutory regulations, safety standards, and best practices in construction and fit-out projects.
• Communication & Documentation : Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of documenting meetings, progress reports, and project handovers efficiently.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving : Ability to anticipate risks, identify buildability issues, and propose practical solutions.
