We're looking for a Senior Technical Sales to lead high-impact sales engagements and accelerate our market expansion.
In this role, you will be focusing on high-potential industries such as Banking, Insurance, healthcare, logistics, and enterprise IT etc. This role involves identifying prospects, leading solution sales, and closing deals involving our secure data backup and AI solution. You will focus on building relationships with IT decision-makers, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and delivering tailored solutions built on encryption and AI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
- Identify target clients in need of encrypted backup and AI security platforms
- Deliver persuasive solution pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly / quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to strategic account development
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, sales forecasts, and client communications
- Attend industry events, client meetings, and product workshops as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events and virtual webinars
- Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across key sectors
- Pitch and position our end-to-end cybersecurity solution to IT and security
stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers, etc.)
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM toolsCollaborate with solution architects to deliver technical demos and PoCsLead RFP and proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiationAchieve or exceed sales targets on a quarterly basisKeep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory compliancedrivers (e.g., ISO27001, PDPA, GDPR)
Maintain up-to-date CRM records, sales reports, and forecastsRequirements :
Strong technical understanding of encrypted backup, endpoint protection, threatdetection, cybersecurity, ransomware defense, etc.
Candidates with prior experience in one or more of the following field : CybersecuritySolutions.
Confident communicator with solid negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently and manage full sales cycles.Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Proven success selling to CIOs, CISOs, and IT decision-makers.Excellent communication, client engagement, and closing skills.Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
