Job descriptionAt least 3 years of experience as a PLC programmer. Familiarity with major PLC brands such as Siemens , Allen-Bradley (AB) , or Wago . Proficiency in SCADA systems. Ability to understand and interpret simple mechanical or electrical schematics. Strong knowledge of mechanical and logical approaches to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Electrical and mechanical engineering experience is preferred.
We are seeking for a PLC & SCADA Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and retrofitting our existing systems, which will involve traveling internationally and working onboard vessels.
Responsibilities
- Traveling overseas and onboard vessels to support and retrofit existing systems.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.
- Analyzing system requirements and amending existing code to meet new needs.
- Overseeing the successful installation of new PLC programs.
- Documenting all development processes thoroughly.
