What You’ll Be Leading

- Oversee floor operations to ensure service is smooth and stress-free.
- Coordinate communication between kitchen and dining teams for fast, accurate service.
Hands-On Support
Step onto the floor whenever needed to keep momentum going.Maintain service, cleanliness, and guest-care standards at all times.People & Performance
Coach and mentor junior staff to help them grow confidently.Build a strong, positive team culture where everyone feels supported.Problem-Solving on the Spot
Anticipate challenges before they surface.Resolve issues quickly to protect the guest experience.Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is :
Experienced in leading F&B or hospitality teams.Calm under pressure, steady in decision-making.A clear, motivating communicator who connects easily with people.Passionate about coaching and uplifting others.Location : Multiple outlets islandwide
Work Schedule : 5-day work week
