We are seeking a motivated Business Development Senior Executive / Manager to strengthen our network of medical professionals and partners. The role focuses on cultivating strong collaborations, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting our business objectives through effective engagement and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships with existing doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners to enhance referrals and service utilisation across our facilities.
- Identify, approach, and secure new partnerships with doctors, intermediaries, and organisations to expand business opportunities.
- Maintain close engagement with partners to ensure continued satisfaction, loyalty, and alignment with our service standards.
- Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support management in shaping growth strategies.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless and positive patient journey.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives to drive awareness and business growth.
- Coordinate and host continuing medical education (CME) sessions, seminars, and webinars for General Practitioners and Specialists.
- Represent the company professionally at events and partnership meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in business development, account management, or partnership engagement, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical services sector.Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work occasionally beyond office hours or on weekends for events or partner-related activities.Remuneration
Competitive base salary with performance-based commission.
Compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
