- Assisting Project Manager
- Preparing Tender and contract documents
- Handle the negotiation rates and quotations from sub contractors
- Collate information and present for tender submission
- Liasing with clients, consultants and contractors
- Site viewing and understanding
- All other necessary admin works related to work scope
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma / Degree in Civil / Building / Architecture Engineering or any relevant discipline3-5 years of experience in civil / construction industryAbility to work under pressure and tight schedules to meet tendering submission deadlinesGood communication, writing & interpersonal skillsKnowledge in building standards, measurement, documentation and contractual issuesTell employers what skills you have
