Job description

Responsibilities :

Supervise and lead a team of production line operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor production outputs and quality standards to meet customer requirements.
Train new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

Prior experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexibility to work in shifts or on weekends if required.
