The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our Singapore office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales within the recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive sales and expand client base across Singapore.
Identify and engage new B2B clients in targeted industries (e.g., Food and Beverage, Retail, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
Promote and sell recruitment and staffing services (contract, temp-to-perm) to HR decision-makers and hiring managers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand hiring needs and present value propositions.
Collaborate with internal recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts to management.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure timely reporting using CRM tools and contribute to strategic sales discussions.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in recruitment / staffing or a related professional services environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition services in Singapore.
Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets and winning new accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn) is an advantage.
Existing network of HR and business contacts in Singapore is a plus.
