Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise the general operations and responsible for daily smooth operations
- Supervise the general maintenance and housekeeping working area
- Liaise with supporting personnel on maintenance and repair works
- Handle and oversee arrangements and setups for facility bookings and events
- Ensure quality customer service is maintained
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are enforced and maintain proper compliance at all times
- Perform all supervisory responsibilities as directed by superior
