Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : Up to $2,500

Working Days : 5.5 Days

Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Location : Serangoon Garden / East Coast / Great World (Rotation across 3 outlets, 2 days each)

Key Duties :

• Greet customers warmly and assist with appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries for smooth client flow.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online booking platforms professionally.
• Manage front desk operations – payment processing, issuing receipts & preparing daily sales reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
