maintain a comprehensive Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE)
system, including the formation of SHE committees, site
inspections, and site safety management.
Implement and manage the electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) system as
required by the client.
a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) program for new workers,
including identification systems for qualified personnel and
operators.

Requirements :
Educational Background : Degree or Diploma in an Engineering
discipline.
Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or
higher.
(MoM) Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (at least 10
years post-registration with MoM) and Registered Environmental
Control Officer (ECO) with NEA.
