Manage daily operations of food production
lines
Develop and implement production
schedules and processes
Ensure efficient use
of resources and timely delivery of

2. Quality
& Safety Compliance
Monitor quality control procedures and product
specifications
Ensure compliance with internal
policies and government
regulations
3. Staff
Management
Hire,
train, and supervise production staff
Assign
tasks based on skills and workload
Motivate
teams to meet production
targets
4. Process
Improvement
Identify
inefficiencies and implement improvements
Collaborate with R&D to develop new products or
enhance existing ones
Conduct risk assessments
and forecasts for production
planning
5. Inventory
& Equipment
Maintain Inventory of raw materials and finished
goods
Oversee maintenance and repair of
production equipment
Ensure proper storage
conditions for all
materials
6. Reporting
& Coordination
Perpare reports on production metrics and
performance
Coordinate with procurement and
sales teams
Participate in strategic planning
and product
launches
Job
Requirements
1.
Education
Diploma in
Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or a
related field
Certifications in HACCP, GMP or
food safety are highly
perferred
2.
Experience
Minimum 5
years in food production or manufacturing management
Proven track record in leading teams and managing
production lines
3.
Skills
Strong
leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent time management and organizational
skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and
Microsoft Office
Knowledge of food safety
regulations and quality assurance
practices
