Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Investigate and handle customer complaints and product failures.
• Provide after-sales technical support and on-site service to distributors and end customers.
• Review and assist in processing warranty claims from distributors.
• Provide standby support and 24 / 7 emergency call for customer support.
• Conduct installation, commissioning, and on-site training according to project scope.
• Ensure diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) are operational and provide timely support.
• Maintain and update technical and training documentation.
• Provide training to distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting skills.
• Maintain close working relationships with key customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Assist in factory testing of special projects.
• Investigate root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
• Perform other service, training, or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
