Key Responsibilities :
- Perform setup and operate CNC Grinding, Polishing, Centering and Touchup process
- Perform lacquering, cementing, de-cementing and cleaning of optics
- Perform Tool Dressing and Turning of Grinding Cutter
- Perform grinding and polishing machine loading and unloading
- Perform 2D / 3D measurements (e.g., PGI Optics, Luposcan etc.)
- Perform surface quality inspection
- Perform basic process troubleshooting
- Maintain tooling, metrology equipment, and machinery in optimum condition
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance
- Perform duties within cleanliness standards of workplace (6S)
- Maintain safety guidelines of workplace
- Comply with company regulations
