Job descriptionPlan machining by study work orders, engineering plans, materials, specifications, drawings, GD&T Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions using G-Code including zero and reference points Setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting 3 / 4-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads. Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position. Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces. Maintains specifications, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; Documents actions by completing production and quality report. ITE / Diploma in Precision / Mechanical with 5 years of relevant experience Able to perform programming using fanuc controller Knowledge of measuring instruments; calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators / scales Understand geometric tolerancing interpretation Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories

- Salary range : $1800 - $2800
- Working hours : Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm, Sat – 8am to 12pm
