What

you'll do : Drive new

service contract acquisitions and repair sales revenue

growth

Coordinate with customers to prepare

and present comprehensive service contract proposals

Prepare detailed repair quotations for customer approval

and confirmation

Create work orders and

material requisitions for efficient job scheduling

Consolidate completed work orders for proper job closure

and billing

Ensure timely customer payment

collection and follow-up on outstanding accounts

Conduct regular customer site visits for contract

negotiations and repair

confirmations

What

We're Looking For :

Class 3 driving licence and own transport (option to rent

a van via company).

Proficient in Microsoft

Word and Excel (quotations, trackers, basic reporting).

Strong interpersonal skills; confident, service-oriented

communicator.

disciplined prospecting and follow‑through mindset.

Comfortable with frequent customer site visits across

Singapore.
