Aurex Group is partnering with a global real estate investment manager, who has invested and managed over 50 assets in APAC. They are hiring an Investment Director to oversee real estate investments in South East Asia across multiple asset class. This role requires Singaporean Citizen who has at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Job Description
- Responsible for identifying potential acquisition and joint-venture opportunities across all asset classes in SEA real estate market.
- Conducting in-depth financial modeling and due diligence and present investment proposals to the investment committee.
- Liaise with third party consultants, lawyers, valuers and JV partners to execute deal transactions
- Work closely with the regional team in Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea.
- Benchmarking of portfolio and asset performance including financial / operational analysis and market research
