About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and professional Beauty Advisor / Beautician to join our international luxury skincare team. You will be the face of the brand—providing personalised skincare consultations, performing treatments, recommending products, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
- Welcome customers and offer tailored skincare consultations.
- Recommend products and treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling.
Facial Treatments & Skincare Services
Perform facial treatments according to brand protocols and service standards.Ensure customer comfort, hygiene and satisfaction during treatments.Product Knowledge & Expertise
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, trends and techniques.Educate customers on product benefits and application methods.Appointment & Client Relationship Management
Schedule, confirm and follow up on appointments.Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.Counter Presentation & Operations
Maintain a clean, organised and luxurious counter environment.Replenish stock, update displays and support product launches or events.Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate customer records.Requirements
Prior experience as a Beautician or Beauty Advisor (luxury skincare preferred).Relevant beauty, aesthetics, or skincare certification.Strong sales and customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Passionate about beauty and luxury skincare.Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
