Roles & Responsibilities

We have entered Singapore with over 15 years of F&B experience in Korea. We plan to introduce Korean food to the world and open over 100 restaurants worldwide.

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing and cooking traditional Korean dishes such as Kimchi, Bulgogi, Bibimbap, etc.
  • Organize ingredients and prepare necessary kitchen tools and supplies.
  • Perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
  • Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen staff to cook and plate dishes.
  • Ensure food quality and hygiene are maintained throughout the cooking process.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools, adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen after service to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Education : No formal culinary degree required, but relevant kitchen experience or training is preferred.
  • Experience : Previous experience as an assistant cook, kitchen helper, or in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
  • Language Skills : Basic proficiency in English for effective communication in a multicultural team.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 25kg) in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of Korean Cuisine : Basic knowledge of Korean food and ingredients is preferred, but training will be provided for passionate individuals.
  • Hygiene Standards : Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations is required.
  • Teamwork and Attitude : Must have a positive attitude, be able to work well in a team, and be willing to work during busy periods, including evenings and weekends.
  • Work shift Able to commit on weekends and public holiday. Able to accept split shift.
