• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
