As a Managing Principal, you will serve as an executive leader overseeing multiple accounts, driving growth, and shaping the strategic direction of NTT Data’s consulting practice. You will be accountable for market-making, revenue generation, and thought leadership across Financial Services, covering Banking & Markets, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. You’ll champion the adoption of AI and digital capabilities to deliver transformative outcomes for clients and the firm.

This role provides technical expertise related to business challenges, industry trends, the competition, business models, industry value chain/business processes, industry segments, solutions, the regulatory environment, benchmarks, and standards bodies, to create value and enable successful business outcomes for the organization and the client.

This role is a deep subject matter expert in more than one industry vertical and is extremely knowledgeable on industry trends and the marketplace and players.

This role deals with multiple large and complex client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client portfolios, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained business growth.

• Set strategic priorities for practice areas and drive execution of firm-wide initiatives.

• Represent the firm in industry forums, building NTT Data’s brand and market presence.

• Mentor senior leaders, foster talent development, and build high-performing, cross-border teams.

• Drive revenue growth through business development, deal shaping, and pricing strategy.

• Oversee the design and execution of AI-enabled transformation programs and digital innovation.

• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across all engagements.

• Demonstrate sense-making: shape client agendas, influence C-suite stakeholders, and guide clients through complex transformation journeys.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• 12+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, with proven leadership in large-scale programs.

• Deep industry expertise and a strong professional network in BFSI sectors.

• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Track record of delivering growth, profitability, and market impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading and commercializing business transformation and digital innovation deals.

• Familiarity with market trends in APAC and global BFSI.

• Experience managing project P&L drive strategic account growth.

• Experience building and leading cross-border, multi-disciplinary capabilities .
