Job description Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Sales Team, Head of Human Resource and Senior Members. Responsible for managing schedules, calendar, setting up meetings and communicating with key executives, customers, and business partners to drive sales. Manage and plan internal and external meeting arrangements and business events for client engagement, Executive Council Members yearly outdoor meetings and activities.Acting as the point of contact to Head of Sales and the Team, among Executives, business partners and customers with tasks like project management.Responsible to format information for external communication – emails, presentations, reports, and overseas meeting preparations information in a timely manner. Make travel and accommodation arrangements, visa and preparing expense reports.Prepare weekly client meeting and appointment report for Head of Sales.Take and record minutes and agendas as and when required.Work closely with Head of Sales and the Team, Head of HR, company Executive members, and work with other corporations across industries as member of the sales department, to the daily ongoings of the organization.Ability to multi-tasking, handle different tasks efficiently and help on different projects within and outside of the organization and goes beyond expectations.Support company EA to CEO and CDO with meeting co-ordinations and assist with other admin requirements during her absence.Assist in organizing company client events as and when required.Manage CNY, mooncake and other related Gift to customers during occasional celebrations.Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Sales Team, Head of Human Resource and Senior Members.
