Role Summary

Youwillberesponsibletodeliverrobustandefficientsemiconductormanufacturingprocesswithdata drivenanalyticsandsystemicproblem-solvingskillsinthe Thin Film (CVDand / orCMP)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintainsmoothdailymanufacturingoperationsandproblemsolveissuespromptly
• Activelycollaboratewithequipmentandmaterialsuppliersandpartnerstoidentify technologydeficiencies;develop,evaluate,andvalidatecorrectiveandpreventive solutions.
• Qualifyandsustainmanufacturingprocessestoscaleupcapacityswiftlyandmaintain withqualityandurgency.
• Leadeffortstocontinuouslyimproveprocessstabilityandcapability,enhancequality, reliability,yield,productivity,andsafetystandards.
• Designandexecuteexperiments,analysecomplexdatasets,andderiveactionable insightstooptimizemanufacturingprocessesandprecisecontrols
• Analyze production anomalies and maintaining / improving statisticalprocesscontrol (SPC) methodstoestablishandupholdrobust manufacturingprocesses.
• Analyzing faults and improving yield for new and mass-production products
