Job Description
- Handle daily purchasing process function including receiving invoice, issue orders, tracking payment status and expediting delivery schedule
- Follow up with vendors on delivery schedules and shipping document requirements.
- Track purchase orders and supplier delivery schedules
- Handle discrepancies and complaints with vendors and internal departments.
- Ad-hoc duties by management
