Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the Production and Sales operations.
• . Monitor and Ensure on achieving the Sales Target for the Sales Team.
• Ensuring on compliance of Factory safety Regulations.
• Purchase and ensure on the supply of Raw Materials for the production.
• . Prepare Production schedule and ensure all orders are produced as accordingly.
• Ensure on the maintenance of all the Machines & Equipments.
• Conduct orientation and manage training and development of staffs
• Any other Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
