Microbiologist
Join a Leading Environmental & Food Safety Team
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct laboratory testing on water, food, and environmental samples to detect harmful microorganisms and assess sources of pollution and contamination.
- Analyze the physiological, morphological, and cultural characteristics of microorganisms using advanced microscopes and laboratory instruments.
- Perform precise microbial identification and classification for food and water specimens, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO 17025 standards to maintain the highest level of quality and accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous records of laboratory results and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
- Collaborate with clients and execute site sampling as needed to support ongoing environmental and public health initiatives.
Requirements :
A Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.1 year of laboratory experience, preferably in microbiological testing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for accurate documentation and reporting.Additional Information :
Salary : Up to $4,000 basic salary + Variable Bonus + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).Location : Gul Circle MRT StationWorking Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM.
